I think it would be fair to say CARR and his back room team did Cavan a huge amount of damage and sadly from then on it has been a hard struggle . The negative SH*** started then and buy was it terrible crap. One would have thought however after winning 3 Ulster U21 titles from 2010 that Cavan might have kicked on but sadly it did not happen and hard to see it improving anytime soon.
