Double delight for Ballinamore goal hero Prior

Last Sunday was a day to remember for Tom Prior.

Just hours after scoring a dramatic last-gasp goal for Ballinamore Sean O’Heslin’s against Fenagh St Caillins at Páirc Sean Mac Diarmada to send the Leitrim SFC final to a replay, Prior won €2,310 in his club’s 50/50 draw.

“A goal to keep our championship hopes alive and a nice few euro in the pocket too. Not a bad Sunday, Tom!” the club said in a social media post.

The replay will take place on Saturday week, October 24.
