Cork GAA have dispersed 1,000 complimentary tickets to frontline workers for each of the upcoming county SHC and SFC finals at Pairc Ui Chaoimh.
The gesture has been made in tribute to the workers who carried out Covid-19 testing and vaccination programmes at the stadium.
Pairc Ui Chaoimh was used as a Covid-19 test centre during the first half of 2020 before being made available to the HSE again this year for the roll out of the community vaccination programme.
The SHC final between Glen Rovers and Midleton takes place tomorrow (throw-in 3pm), while Clonakilty meet St Finbarr's in a repeat of the 2009 decider on Sunday week.
