Neil McManus will be part of the new Antrim hurling management.
The veteran Cushendall sharpshooter, who retired from inter-county duty after 17 years last year, has been recruited by new manager Davy Fitzgerald as a sports performance coach.
The Clare man's backroom team also includes ex-Kerry coach Pat Bennett, former Antrim hurler and McManus' Cushendall club-mate Arron Graffin and former Antrim U20 manager Paudie Shivers.
