Wexford manager Davy Fitzgerald is not giving away much with regards to his future in the position.

As usual, talk about a manager’s future gets it fair share of headline space once their team is out of the All-Ireland series.

And when you are Davy Fitzgerald those headlines are more prominent, but the Clare native is keeping his cards close to his chest.

“I will take time out before arriving at a decision. It could be a number of months before I announce my intentions,” Fitzgerald stated to the Wexford People.

There is no doubt that Wexford will be keen to keep the man that delivered their first Leinster title in 15 years, but whether the former Waterford and Clare manager stays remains to be seen.
