Hard luck to our U14's who came back from 8 points down but were unfortunately beaten by 1 point by St.Mary's, Rochfortbridge in the Division 2 Shield Final in Kinnegad.

 

Well done to all the players and management on a marvellous year!!!! 

 

Raharney Hurling Club

 

Congratulations to the Raharney U17 hurlers who defeated Clonkill in the championship final last Sunday.

 

Raharney Camogie Club

 

Congratulations to the Raharney camogie team who were crowned Leinster Junior champions last Saturday after defeating Kilcormac-Killoughey (Offaly).

 

Lotto

 

There was no winner of our lotto jackpot held on October 14. Mary Nea, the Quinn family, Billy Farrell, Helen Murtagh and Vincent Kangley matched 3 numbers and won €40 each. Promoters prize went to Johnny Mulligan. Numbers drawn were 8, 15, 20 and 22.

This week's draw is in Aurlie's for a jackpot of €13,000. The funds raised from the lotto goes towards the running of the club.
