Under 10 Girls:

Our U10 girls were in Castledaly this morning for the latest round of County blitzes. The girls were in terrific form, putting in very impressive displays in each of their games. Well done girls. Our thanks to Moate Ladies for organising the event. Thank you also to all the parents that made the long trip, despite the weather forecast.

Under 6’s:

Well done to our under 6’s who took on St Joseph's this morning in a blitz at Lakepoint Park - the deluge of cats & dogs never happened and we had a very enjoyable (and dry) morning. The St Joseph's mentors were very impressed with the level of our blocking and passing - so all the training is paying off!

Merchandise Day:

On Saturday 17th August St Loman's Mullingar will be hosting a merchandise day with KC Sports. KC Staff will be on hand from 10 am to 1 pm to assist with sizing and take orders. Full payments is required on the day and receipts will be issued. Please note that cards or cheques are not accepted. KC will return with completed order at agreed date in five weeks’ time approximately. There is a great selection here with very reasonable prices so get down to Lakepoint Park on the 17th August.

Under 16 Boys:

St Loman’s under 16 Boys hosted Lilliput Gaels in Lakepoint park this evening in their final championship group game. A below par performance in the last game made this a must-win, and the lads delivered with a great battling performance.

The lads took an early lead and held it for the rest of the game, scoring 6-10 in the process. There were good performances all over the field and some really well taken scores. The lads also would like to wish Nedas a speedy recovery as he picked up an injury late in the game.
