Our Killeeshil summer-camp finished up last Thursday (1st) – it was a great event with 120 children attending and with coaches from all over Tyrone, who were very enthusiastic about their football. Big thanks to everybody who helped out and made it a huge success.

The Under 8 & 10 boys have challenge games in Derrytresk this Thursday (8th). Leaving Killeeshil at 6.30pm to be in Derrytresk for 6.45 pm.

The U12 boys had a great win away to Beragh on Monday (5th) evening.

Our U8 & U10 girls train on Fridays from 6.30 to 7.30pm, as always new members are welcome. All help from parents is also greatly appreciated.

The U16 girls had their first league game of the season at home on Tuesday (6th) evening v Cookstown but unfortunately suffered defeat.  Training continues Thursday evening from 6.15 to 7.15 pm as the girls prepare for their next league fixture away to Ardboe next Tuesday (13th).

Our U16 lads hosted Ardboe last Thursday (1st) in their second league outing of the season. The away team built up an early lead but Killeeshil played some excellent football at times and battled gamely to the end. However Ardboe were always able to keep the Hoops at arms-length and ran out convincing winners at the final whistle. Training resumes this Wednesday (7th) at 8 pm. Next league game is Thursday 8th August v Kildress at home. Throw in at 7.15 pm.

The minor lads Championship game is on Monday (12th) evening away to Dromore. All support is much appreciated. Our minor players are to attend training on Wednesday night along with the U16s at 8pm.

The senior ladies had a great run out on Tuesday (6th) evening with a challenge game away to Cookstown who are a Grade 1 side. The girls should be happy with their performance despite losing narrowly by a single point because we had to play the last 10 minutes with 14 girls due to injuries. We hope Shauna and Caitlin both make a speedy recovery. Training continues on Thursday evening from 6pm until 7pm. Next league fixture is Monday 12th August at home v Dromore at 7.30 pm. All support is much appreciated.

Our reserve men faced Rock away in the Reserve Championship last Friday (2nd) evening. Our men went into battle missing a few key players and despite goals from Rory McCann and Mark Monaghan, we suffered a 2 point defeat. Final score Killeeshil 2-8 Rock 0-16. Senior and reserve men are training this Thursday night at 8 pm as they get ready for league games this Saturday (10th) away to Killyman. Reserve game is at 2pm with senior throw-in at 3.30 pm. Please make the journey to Killyman and cheer on our men as they return to league action.

Any club members that want to be considered for an All-Ireland hurling final ticket, must put their names into the lotto box by 8pm on Monday 12th August. No exceptions.
