The Laois hurlers have received free social membership of Rathdowney Golf Club in recognition of their achievement in reaching the All-Ireland SHC quarter-final.

Laois captain Paddy Purcell was presented with membership for all the players and management by Rathdowney Golf Club captain Thomas Brennan after training on Friday night. The O'Moore County will be hoping to keep their fairytale season going with a win over Tipperary at Croke Park this afternoon.
