Rhode GAA Night of Champions  

We are super delighted to Announce A Night of Champions on Saturday April 6th as we celebrate our Senior Footballers winning their 3rd championship and 4 league in a row our Junior footballers winning the division 4 league and to top it all off celebrate the massive achievements of Fahy handball duo David Hope & Noel Murphy . Special guests will be announced very soon. Tickets will be €30 and will be on sale this Thursday night  28th March Killeen's lounge 8pm to 9-30pm. and every Thursday nights up to the event and also at Lotto draws on Monday nights   . Let’s come together to celebrate the great achievements of our two clubs

Offaly Senior Footballer's  

Well done Offaly Senior footballer's  who have beaten Sligo on a score-line of  1-11 to 1-10 to stay up in division 3.  Niall McNamee was in top form for Offaly scoring 1-06.  .

U17 League 

Our U17 footballer's got the year off to a winning start when they defeated Shamrock's on a score-line of 5-16 to 1-03 in the league.

U'9 Footballer's

Rhode U9 footballers started off the year with a game against St.Vincent;s . Excellent performance from all the kids and its great to see so many player's this year. 

U15 League 

Rhode U15 footballers were defeated by Edenderry on a score-line of 6-15 to 0-06 in Rhode on last Wednesday night.

Rhode U14 footballers took part in an U14 blitz hosted by neighbors Edenderry . On the day Rhode defeated St.Vincent's , St.Rynagh's and were defeated by Clonguish. Many thanks to Edenderry for hosting the blitz.

Rhode U17 footballer's take on Gracefield in the Division 3 Minor League this Wednesday March 27th at 7pm in Fr.Dowling Park Rhode

U'13 League 

Rhode U13 footballers travel to Ballinamere  to take on Ballinamere/Durrow in the Division 2 league this coming Friday March 29th at 7pm.

U,13 Footballers Trip To London

Rhode U'13 Footballers are travelling to London to take part in the Peter McGlynn Tournament on Friday May 3rd and returning Sunday May 5th. All flights are with Ryan Air and anyone travelling will be flying out from Dublin to Luton at 4pm . Return flight will be the 2:15pm  Luton to Dublin  . Anyone wishing to travel with Team, parents and club officials for the weekend book flights now as only a few places left  now for Further information contact Minor Chairman Stephen Darby or Minor Secretary Tracey Murphy .

An Easter Draw will be taking place for to help with costs for the U13 trip to London further information will be available very soon.

Lotto

There was no winner of the Rhode GAA Lotto Draw that took place on the 20th of March for a Jackpot of €7,000.  The numbers drawn were 6 8 18 30.  The club would like to thank all those who supported the draw and thanks to Killeen for the use of their premises and for their help and cooperation.  The following matched three numbers and received €200.
