GAA legends to come out in force for Amanda Stapleton Benefit Fund

Stars of the past and present will line up in an intriguing fundraising clash as Tipperary and Kilkenny meet in Borrisoleigh tomorrow, Saturday, November 3rd, throw in at 6pm.

The likes of Brendan Cummins, Benny Dunne, Shane McGrath, Seamus Callanan, Noel McGrath and Lar Corbett will be amongst the Tipp side against a Kilkenny XV that will include Michael Kavanagh, JJ Delaney, Tommy Walsh, Michael Rice, Henry Shefflin, Richie Hogan and Martin Comerford.

The aim of the fundraiser is to support the Amanda Stapleton Benefit Fund. Amanda is the sister of former Tipp hurler Paddy Stapleton and renowned journalist and Cuala hurler Shane. Both brothers will feature in the game also.

Billed as Kilkenny v. Tipperary: The Legends Return, tickets for the game are priced at €22.50 while under-16s are free. Tickets can be purchased on tickets.ie.
