I've seen 3 minutes of this game and I can say the ref ain't going to give Derry a thing.

Shocking decision by McQuillan. That should have been a straight red card for the Kerry keeper. Awful refereeing.

He got that arseways, Clifford's shoulder fair but gets booked while very dangerous play from the goalie, knew exactly what he was doing.

Derry playing brilliant stuff. Great game.

I don't know how McQuillan gets away with reffing these big games. Shocking ref

I'm actually very annoyed - if that was a club game or yesterdays matches , if either of the 4 counties did that yesterday - it would have been a straight red… Kerry goalkeeper took the man out ….

Very interesting first half, McKaigue vs Clifford as expected is a complete mismatch. Referee has got a lot of big decisions very wrong - Kerry keeper could have walked for that challenge. Clifford yellow was crazy.

Derry well poised, when they decide to play football - they are a serious team. Still think Kerry will have a bit too much

Derry have wasted some amount of forward possession, can they hang in?

A game Derry could and should have won. 1. McKaigue should have been off Clifford after 20 mins. He was roasted. Poor management call by Derry. 2. Kerry keeper should have walked, it was a straight red. McQuillan's calls against Derry were dreadful. 3. Derry lost composure in the last 10 mins and gave away some very cheap ball. 4. Derry had several goal chances they didn't take. 5. Mickley Harte Tyrone would have closed the game out in Derry's position.

2. It wasn't even a foul. Nor was Clifford's shoulder

Best team lost.

Derry will rue that.

Refs seriously need to look at Kerrys cynical fouling when they loose their men out the field.

Derry were robbed by 2 bad decisions by the ref.

Very unfortunate because the ref had a very good game apart from this.

Hard luck Derry

Derry best all over except on the scoreboard. A few silly mistakes and a few poor calls from management. What about that "arse to chest" charge by the Kerry keeper?. I'd say that is a new one, not covered by the rule book. Having said all that, Kerry are through and after that test I fancy them to hang onto Sam for another year.

Derry might never have a better chance to beat Kerry.

Shane McGuigan lobbing the ball over at the end was such an anti climax. I know he didn't mean it because he was rubbing his head, but it cleared the crossbar by miles!!

A bit like that free against John Daly in last years final when coming out with the ball(can anyone remember that type of free being given this year), Kerry got a serious leg up from the ref today.
65 minutes gone, not able to get a score, 2 points down and Stephen O'Brien gets one of the softest frees we will see this year.

Whatever about refereeing decisions, most games have talking points. But Derry had more than enough ball in the Kerry half.
