Ah fair enough, clowns in all counties : ) looking at today's game, Cork had Tyrone on the ropes and couldn't finish the job. And Tyrone could only get their act together for one half. No All Ireland in either team.

I'd agree with that. Part of me was hoping we'd lose and get lads back for the club c'ship instead of prolonging the inevitable.

Agreed! MH will obviously get more credit for winning All Ireland's but how he is keeping this team in Div 1 and playing the latter stages of the All Ireland each year is some achievement.

At that point they did look out of it. The Tyrone panel and fans know that playing for just one half won't get them into the final. Tyrone have to keep up the pace and form for 70 mins. Feel sorry for Cork. They have some very good footballers and aren't far off being a really decent side.

Not as cheap as that comment. Men were hanging of Mattie all day there. Cork bought them selves a nice free in the 67th minute on the right,even Dick Clerkin called it. some only see what they want though.

Absolutely delighted with the second half response from the lads today. We looked tired,and uninterested at times in that first half and went in to a rampant Cork team with a five point deficit to haul back. Glad Mickey made the changes he did,and I'm sure there was a lot said at half time! Mattie Donnelly especially drove us on to victory,he was simply immense in that second half. Strong as a bull and inspired the other lads when it was needed. Well done Mattie and the lads.
