The Club are still looking for a Camogie Secretary. Anyone who would be interested un this roll or would like more details please contact [email protected]

 

For this incoming season at least 1 member of the coaching staff for each team from u16 up will need a level 1 coaching course who already have the foundation coaching. 

 

We are also taking names for anyone who would be interested or need foundation level coaching as well. Remember if you are keen to help with Cup Camp this year you will need foundation coaching. If you are interested in either level 1 or foundation please contact Sean Young at [email protected]

 

 

Congratulations to Deaglan Mallon on winning the Danske Bank Hurler of the Month for January 2019. Will done

 

Fundamentals will continue this Saturday in the sports centre from 2pm to 3pm. This is for boys and girls in P0-P3.

 

Ports Do strictly took place last weekend. We would like to thank everyone who helped in anyone to make this another successful Strictly. To the dancers ththemselves for a brilliant weekend of entertainment and for volunteering their time and effort over the past number of weeks, without you this function would not run. Congratulations to our 2 winners Clare McKenna and Richard Kiernan on the Friday night and to Stephen and Hannah Dynes on the Saturday and to all the other couples. Thanks you again. 

 

On the 2nd March the seniors camogs and hurlers will be swaping the sticks for the big ball. The camogs will play Loughinisland ladies and the boys will be playing Darragh Cross. 1st game will kick off 1pm.

Sat 23rd Feb - mixed team quiz night @ 8pm £5 entry. Funds towards health and well being centre 

Sat 2nd March- a night at the races for chest, heart and stroke.

Sunday 10th March - registration day. We are holding another registration day for anyone who could not attend on 17th Feb.

Minor Camogie League: Down vs Armagh Saturday 23rd Feb Ballykinler GAA TBC

 

Allianz Hurling league: Down vs Donegal Sunday 24th Feb Pairc Esler Newry 2pm

 

Div 2 senior camogie league: Down vs Carlos Sunday 24th Feb Pairc Esler. 

This is a double header with the Down hurlers and camogie throw in at 12.30pm. 

 

U16 hurling league starts Sunday 24th Feb at home to Ballygalget @ 11am
