Race Night 

Fundraising race night will be held in Murtaghs on Saturday November 9th at 9pm. MC on the night is Dudley Farrell. Cards available from committee members. Please support your club! 

Girls  

Congratulations to our U16 girls team that beat Lacken at home last Saturday October 19th in the Div 2 championship semi-final with a score of Kingscourt 5-18 Lacken 7-05. Final TBC. On Saturday October 19th our u10 girls finished off their wonderful season with a team meal / party in Murtagh's Bar & Lounge. Many thanks to Peter McKeown and his staff for facilitating our girls. These girls started their season indoors last December and put in so much hard work. Their development over the season has been there for all to see. A few defeats to start with soon turned into winning all their matches at blitz’s. The girls travelled all over Cavan and into Armagh for development blitz’s. Old friendships have been strengthened and new ones have blossomed. Enjoy your break girls. Many thanks to all the coaches and to the parents for the commitment throughout the year. 

U20s 

Round 1 of the McEvoy’s Supervalu  U20 Championship 2019 Division 2 V Erne gaels was played last Sunday October 20th in Rory O Moore Park under the  management of  Paddy Farrelly with selectors Noel McIntyre, Philly Tinnelly and Mícheál Gargan! Erne Gaels 0-14 Kingscourt 2-06. Next game in the campaign TBC. 

Meeting 

Stars AGM 2019 will be held in the club rooms on Sunday November 24th at 3pm. All are welcome! 

Lotto

Charity Match 

A charity football match will be held in O’Raghallaigh Park, Kingscourt on Monday 28th October at 3pm. Admission is 10 euro and tickets are on sale in Pats shop. Players from all the local clubs are getting together along with some past and present county stars to raise much needed funds for Kingscourt Cancer support group and Nobber Cancer support group. Please support  and all donations big or small on  the day will be welcome!
