LOTTO RESULTS

 

Club lotto draw took place last Thursday 08 August with a Jackpot of €11,100.

Numbers drawn were 3,6,18 & 32. No Jackpot Winner

SENIOR TEAM –CULLYS CRAFT BAKERY JUNIOR CHMAPIONSHIP

Our senior team, after a good win over Maghera, now face Kill Shamrocks in round 3 of the championship this Sunday. Throw in is at 1pm at Terry Coyle Park, Sunday 18 August. Please come out and show your support for the lads. Best of luck to both our players and management this weekend.

 

RESERVE DIV 2 CHAMPIONSHIP

The Reserve Div 2 championship semi-final against Cornafean due to be played last Saturday in Butlersbridge was called off due to heavy rain The game is now to be played this Wednesday evening 14 August at 7.15pm at Emmet Park, Butlersbridge. Best of luck to all our players and management.

U17 CHAMPIONSHIP

 

Naomh Brid (Drumalee /Redhills) U17’s v Kildallan in round 3 of the championship this Tuesday night 13 August. Throw in is at 7.30pm at St Feilim’s park, Drumalee. Please support. Best of luck to all our players and mentors.

 

U15 CHAMPIONSHIP

Well done to Naomh Brid U 15’s who had a great win against Mountnugent last week. Full time : Naomh Brid 2-17 Mountnugent 1-12.Next up Naomh Brid v Ramor United in round 6 this Wednesday 14 August . Throw in is at 7.00 pm at St Feilim’s Park, Drumalee. Best of luck to all our players and mentors.

JUVENILES U9’s & U7’s

Unfortunately, all the scheduled games at the weekend were called off due to the weather. Keep an eye on the club text messages for further updates on games and training.

Training for both U9’s & U7’s this Saturday on Drumalee pitch at 10.30 am. Thanks to all our underage coaches who give so willingly of their time every Saturday morning, it is greatly appreciated by the children, parents and the club.

Drumalee GAA Underage cater for boys & girls from 4 years upwards. Our Underage section offer a friendly, safe, and fun environment to learn the skills of Gaelic Football & to make new friends. ALL IRELAND FOOTBALL FINAL TICKET DRAW

Our annual All Ireland Football final ticket draw takes place in the orchard bar on Saturday 27 August. Lines are on sale from members and also from stations around Cavan town on 24 August and also online at https//game.lotto.ie/game/play/852. Lines €5 or select 3 lines for €10.00. Please support as this is an important fundraiser for the club.

FRIENDS OF DRUMALEE

 

Friends of Drumalee has been a club initiative running for the past 5 years which has been a hugely successful fundraising venture for the club which has helped us with building our new club rooms and shall be used in further development of our club facilities. The yearly cost for Friends of Drumalee is €252.00 or €21 per month payable by direct debit. All Friends of Drumalee shall be paid up members of the club and incentives include; all friends of Drumalee are issued with a membership card which entitle them free entry into all home Drumalee matches, are entered into monthly draw for cash prize, yearly special prize draw for all Friends of Drumalee, use of club gym and throughout your membership all Friends of Drumalee shall receive communication on a regular basis informing you of news from the club, such as results from senior, minor and underage games and other events of interest. The current FOD cycle is due for renewal on 1 September and all members who pay this membership via direct debit might check with their bank’s that their contributions shall continue.

 

Thank you to everyone who has supported Friends of Drumalee over the last few years, it is greatly appreciated, your continued support will help us move towards the second stage of the development to include new training pitch and community walking track.

 

Friends of Drumalee is a membership initiative for the club where members can support the club’s long term development where your financial support will be securing the long term future of the club. BOXERCISE CLASSES

Boxercise Classes are now taking place in the Club Hall with Boxercise Cavan/Boris. Class times are Tuesday evenings 7.30pm, Thursday evenings 6.30 pm & Saturday mornings at 10.30 am. Childrens classed take place on Mondays at 6pm .All fitness levels. Pay as you go €5 per class. Contact Boris – 087-7994929 for further information.
