Oisin McConville reckons Roscommon were the toughest opponents Armagh could have got in the All-Ireland qualifier fourth round draw, but still thinks it's a game the Orchard County are capable of winning.

The Orchard County came from behind to beat Clare last weekend and writing in his Newry Democrat column, the 2002 All-Ireland winning forward stated: "I think of the teams we could have got, Roscommon is probably the toughest. But at the same time again, it is a little bit like the Clare match. It is a very winnable game, and also it's another massive test. And if Armagh can come through this test, they'll be well set up for the Super 8.

"Roscommon played well in the Connacht final. For a lot of that game, it looked like they were going to beat Galway. And everybody is talking about Galway being realistic All-Ireland challengers. So, I think that's a positive thing as far as they're concerned, in that, although they lost the game, they came out of it with a huge amount of credit.

"Armagh kicked 18 wides on Saturday. And it's not the first time we've done that. If there is a day when Armagh click, we could give even a good team a serious pasting - the likes of Roscommon.

"But Roscommon are fairly defensive. Armagh have struggled against defensive teams, so they are forewarned."
