Castledaly Playground is OPEN again to public and we are grateful to
everyone whose hard work made it possible.
With current restrictions for public health and safety we remind everyone
to maintain hand sanitizing, social distancing and respiratory etiquette.

The Walking Track is open from early to late and many club members are
taking advantage following the guidance signs, social distancing and respectful
behaviour.  Lights are on from 7pm to 10pm as the evenings shorten.

Congratulations to Fidelma Quinn, Home Economics teacher at Moate Community
School, who has published a Teachers Planner/Resource book for Leaving Cert
Home Economics (Social & Scientific). Published by Folens , it
accompanies the 2020 Life Skills text book, to assist teachers in
their teaching and planning and contains lesson plans, activities,
methodologies and revision handouts for students.

Our condolences to everyone who lost loved ones in recent weeks.
We especially remember the family and friends of Winifred Grouden;
Clonaltra, Hall, Moate We also remember Joe Malynn, Balkycloughduff,
Moate, who passed away at weekend.
