COVID 19 SUPPORT

Urney St. Columba's have made the decision to reintroduce our support network.

With the recent change to Coronavirus restrictions we are aware of the potential hardship that COVID-19 and the resulting isolation may bring to many vulnerable and elderly members of our club and community.

We have set up a facility whereby people can call on us if they require assistance acquiring food or other necessities such as medical prescriptions.

There may be people living outside the area that are concerned for people within the locality, we will do our best to check on their family and loved ones.

Our volunteers will do all we can to make sure that no one in the area is left isolated during the next few weeks.

If you need us or if you can assist us with this facility please private message the clubs page or telephone

As a club we can all pull together during this difficult period.

Please share this information with anyone you think will benefit from it.

TYRONE (Tir Eoghain)

Tyrone secured their division 1 status after an away victory over Mayo on Sunday.

The focus now will shift to the Ulster Championship and the eagerly awaited Quarter Final against Donegal. With changes to the All Ireland series as a result of Covid we return to the old knockout system for the 2020 All Ireland. Best of luck to all the players and management ahead of Sunday's big derby game. The game is scheduled to throw in at 1.30pm in Ballybofey.

The Tyrone minors were due to face Donegal last weekend but unfortunately this has been put on hold for the time being as a result of local restrictions around Covid-19.
