There will be a 2021 Allianz Football League champion crowned after all.
Offaly will play Derry in the Division 3 decider following their respective promotion-clinching victories over Fermanagh and Limerick yesterday.
Due to the tight schedule this year, the GAA ruled that league finals will only be played if teams involved are not in championship action on the following weekend but both counties have agreed to meet at Croke Park next Saturday, 19 June.
Offaly are due to play Division 4 finalists Louth in the Leinster SFC quarter-final eight days later.
Following agreement between the counties, the division 3 league final between Derry and Offaly will take place next Saturday in Croke Park. Details TBC. #GAA pic.twitter.com/bMcibdwyfA
