Tipperary will be without wing-back Bryan O’Mara for the next four to six weeks, it has been confirmed.

The Holycross-Ballycahill clubman fractured his arm during Tipp’s drawn Division 1 opener against Limerick last Saturday and now looks set to miss out on the entire Allianz League campaign.

O’Mara helped his county to All-Ireland U20 glory in 2019 and made his senior debut for the Premier County during last year’s Allianz League.

He was forced off in the closing stages of last Saturday’s derby at the LIT Gaelic Grounds, which finished 0-20 apiece, and Tipperary GAA confirmed the injury via Twitter yesterday.
