Hammersley to help young hurlers hone their skills at home

With schools closed since the beginning of the year, pitches out of bounds and no training to go to or matches to play, keeping children active at home has never been more important...
With that in mind, former Tipperary All-Ireland winner and current Meath coach Timmy Hammersley has launched his own hurling skills and movement class designed for children aged 6-10.
Timmy will start his 45-minute Zoom classes tomorrow at 12pm. Get in touch with Timmy on Twitter if you want your child to join the first session.
This Thursday at 12pm I am running a Hurling skills and movement class for children between the ages of 6-10. The class will last 45 minutes and will take place over Zoom. If you are a parent and want your child/children participating please send me a DM over this.
