Remember you can play the Lotto online from the comfort of your home, anywhere in the world and we encourage you to support our Lotto especially during this pandemic as it’s the only form of income and provides much needed funds for the club.

The online provider is Club Force and the link to play the Lotto is available on Corduff GAA pages on Facebook and Twitter or you can download the Club Force App. Many online options are now available so go online and buy your lotto because if you’re not in you can’t win! Online Lotto must be played by 6pm on Sunday and envelopes must be returned by 6pm also. Good luck.

Sympathy:

Corduff Gaels extend sincerest condolences to the Duffy family on the profoundly sad and untimely passing of Brendan Óg. Condolences are also extended to the Monaghan Harps club and his fellow U20 team mates at this sad and difficult time.

Ulster Finals:

Congratulations to Jordan McGarrell and the U20 team on  reaching the Ulster Final by defeating Donegal on Friday in Brewster Park. Who would have believed that this win would be overshadowed by the passing of their inspirational captain Brendan Óg shortly afterwards on his way home.

Also massive congratulations to Monaghan Senior Manager Seamus McEnaney and the extended Monaghan team and management on a super win over Armagh in the Ulster Semifinal in Newry last Saturday. In what was played in sweltering conditions the Monaghan team produced a master class performance to book their spot in the Ulster Final.

Review of the week's GAA action:

As a mark of respect on the passing of Brendan Óg Duffy all Monaghan GAA & Monaghan LGFA activity was suspended last weekend and will be rescheduled. Earlier in the week the men's Reserve team defeated Clones to book their place in the semifinal against Aghabog.
