There was minimal change at the Cortown GFC Annual General Meeting

Cortown GFC Annual General Meeting took place on Monday night at the Club House in front of a decent socially distant crowd.

There was minimal change on the night however acting Secretary James Costello was formally appointed to the Post for 2022. Chairman David Coyne thanked all of the outgoing Committee for their tireless work throughout the year, gave an update on the healthy state of the Club and discussed all of the work that took place during the year to the facilities.

The following officers were elected:
●Life Presidents: Fr Doyle, Frank Flanagan, Tossie Brien, Pat Lynch & Leticia O'Halloran.
● Vice Presidents: John Kerrigan & Paddy Watters
● Chairman: David Coyne
● Vice Chairman: Kenny Henry
●Secretary: James Costello
● Assistant Secretary: Janette Collier
● Treasurer: Cormac O'Halloran
● Assistant Treasurer: Leticia O'Halloran
● PRO: Davy Rispin
● Assistant PRO: James Costello
● Insurance Officer/IT Registrar: Ivor O'Halloran
● County Board Delegates: Frank Flanagan, John Kerrigan & Paddy Watters
● Health and Wellbeing Officer: Michelle McGuirk
● Children's Officer: Miriam Henry
● Hall/Grounds Head: Pat Lynch
● Irish Language Officer: Daragh Smith
● Club Coaching Officer: James Costello
● Health & Safety Officer: Roy Conway
● Underage Delegates: Cormac O'Halloran, Trevor Coyne & Ciaran Dempsey.
● Extended Committee: All of the Above Officers Plus John McGearty, Gary Coyne, Daragh O'Halloran, Philly Tully, Packie Henry, Seamie Mulroe, Vino Keating & Stephen Foley.
