There will be few if any changes to the makeup of the Meath GAA Executive for 2022 after the Nominations for County Convention were released.
The roles of Chairperson, Secretary, Treasurer, PRO, Vice-Chairperson, Assistant Secretary, Assistant Treasurer and Coaching Officer are all unopposed with the current holders of those offices set to be automatically re-elected.
Larry McEntee is challenging Joseph O’Brien for the role of Irish and Cultural Officer while Nick Fitzgerald is nominted for Leinster Council, where Damien Griffin and Cathal Seoighe are outgoing.
Conor Tormay is challenging Jason Plunkett for his Central Council seat.
Convention takes place on 13th December
