One thing that Covid hasn't changed is Limerick's ability to win lots of hurling silverware.
Since 2019, the Treaty have won two Liam MacCarthy Cups, three Munster SHC titles, two National Leagues and one Munster League. That means that many players will receive eight medals at a presentation ceremony in The Strand Hotel on Saturday night. The medals will be presented by current GAA president Larry McCarthy and his successor John Horan.
The ceremony couldn't take place before now because of the Covid restrictions that have been in place for much of the last two years.
