"This is very different to anything I've seen in the women's game before"

Dublin ladies boss Mick Bohan says it will take a bit of work to try and breakdown Meath in this Sunday’s All-Ireland SFC final at Croke Park (throw-in 3.45pm).

Bohan revealed that he has injury concerns over key players Carla Rowe, Niamh McEvoy and Siobhan McGrath ahead of the derby decider at headquarters, so it’ll be a case of wait and see on who’ll be available for the All-Ireland champions this weekend.

One thing Bohan is sure of is that a tough test awaits the holders at Croke Park, where and young and dynamic Royals outfit stands in the way of a fifth consecutive Brendan Martin Cup.

"I'm sure you've watched them play," he told Balls.ie. "Very different structure to a lot of teams, the way they play. Even Donegal who would have quite a defensive system, this is very different to anything I've seen in the women's game before.

"It's a very organised defensive structure and then they probably attack with a little bit of mayhem which obviously causes its own difficulties.

"Their attack is kind of a freestyle one, but their defence is really well organised and is obviously going to take a bit of work to break down."
