Many of the East Kerry divisional team that claimed a third county senior football championship title in four years last month will be in club final action this weekend.
Footballer of the Year David Clifford and his All-Star brother Paudie will be aiming to lead Fossa to premier junior glory at Fitzgerald Stadium this afternoon when the Eamonn Fitzmaurice coached side face neighbours Listry, who include rising stars Ronan Buckley and Ruairi Murphy in their ranks and are managed by five-time All-Ireland winner Marc Ó Sé.
Rathmore is another East Kerry club chasing championship silverware as they meet Ó Sé's An Ghaeltacht in the IFC decider at Austin Stack Park tomorrow. Kerry goalkeeper Shane Ryan will feature outfield for Rathmore, who can also call on East Kerry captain Paul Murphy.
Although their players line out for divisional side St Kieran's, Cordal will contest the junior final against East Board rivals Firies in Tralee this evening.
