Kerry supporters really let themselves down today.
They were constantly booing Murphy.
Is that the best they could come up with and get hammered in their own back garden.

I'd be more concerned that there were droves of them leaving with ten minutes to go. A serious lack of respect to their own All Ireland winning team on home soil.

Paidí had a point.

So Kerry doesn't actually have the greatest squad in the land after all and needs all their key players on the field just like everyone else. Didn't take long for the B team excuses to start.

You know there's an excuse for being a bad loser but never one for being a bad winner. Great men for rubbing salt in the wounds. You did well today, our bench didn't react well when we went down a man, but 15 v 15 was a good contest, and we have a lot of players due back who are starters. Those are simply facts, not excuses

i think ppl are reading too much into the result. The sending off was what changed the game and no coming back from it. 15 on 15 for the second half could have been a completely different story.

Even with players coming back the problem kerry have now is that the team is not settled.

Kerry were the epitome of bad losers yesterday.

Both fans and players.

The mask really slipped yesterday from Kerry. For a county that pontificates to Ulster counties about playing football the right way.

The treatment of Michael Murphy was disgusting yesterday.

Should Murphy have even been allowed to play yesterday? After his behaviour in the league final.

Serious question.

I think he should have been given a lengthy ban.

Jesus wept, do you not understand the GAA disciplinary process ? Michael received a yellow card in the league final, that was the sanction, it couldn't be revisited. Now David Clifford's elbow in the face of Brendan McCole is considered a serious infraction and his action will be looked at as he received no card in the game. He could be looking at a ban of at least two matches.

What's the odds on Kerry being gone from the championship before June is out as I might lump a few bob on that?

Considering that it was not a yellow card offence, but a very blatant red card offence, and that a healthy process would allow the incident to be revisited, then no,i don't understand the GAA disciplinary process.

Senior league you are not the only one that doesn't understand the GAA disciplinary process and anyone that says they do is lying. Simple fact it that the GAA disciplinary processes is all over the place. Week to week game to game & player to player it changes.
