Clough Ballacolla battled well in the second half. Setup for a good final showdown between Ballyhale and Martin's. legendzxix (Kerry) - Posts: 9293 - 23/11/2025 20:25:44 2645807 Link 1 |

Davidstown hammered the Kilkenny Junior Champions yesterday. Were well on top in every part of the field for most of the game.

But be careful Henry will moan before and after about the care needed for the delicate KK players. You couldn't make it up.

Ballygunner the raging hot favourites for Sunday. Hard to see them being stopped but you never know. legendzxix (Kerry) - Posts: 9293 - 28/11/2025 13:42:21 2646332 Link 0 |

That's been said about them every year for the last 6 or 7 years. And only for a last minute Ruddle goal they'd actually have no all irelands in that time. They will hard stopped for sure though.

Barrow Rangers 0-15 (15) v 2-15 (21) Davidstown Courtnacuddy A very rare 6 point win for a Wexford club over a Kilkenny club in mens leinster club hurling and you think its a hammering? Clane of Kildare bet Clonad of Laois by 19 points in the other junior semi final and that is what I would call a hammering. Past hurler (None) - Posts: 1002 - 28/11/2025 14:46:11 2646344 Link 1 |

Did you not watch the game live? I did. Davidstown hit well into double digits of wides. A hammering isnt neccessarily reflected on the scoreboard.

Was Barrow rangers not ahead early in the 2nd half viking and then Davidstown got a goal after that was the better team but sending lots of wides kept it closer.Barrow rangers were missing their best player as well some Kelly lad so right time to play them but good win none the less.

Barrow Rangers had a good 2nd quarter, Davidstown hit a good few wides and let them back into the game after a good start. Davidstown powered on in the 2nd half. Not sure who was missing from either side tbh.

If they win on Sunday will be the most winning club of all time in Munster. That is an achievement in a province that have the hurling counties of Tipp,Cork, Limerick. Ballyhale still crying in their cereal since that win. They were with in two points when Ruddle put the ball in the net. He did score right? Or should he have put it wide to satisfy their detractors ? We have posters of the opinion they are not as strong anymore. What do you think ? The biggest challenge they had in Waterford and Munster this year so far was in their own training ground against their second team. I don't know what they will win or not as not a supporter of them but do recognize their talent. A lot of nonsense and a crutch about their pick. Family and cousins the back bone. I think they should break up the Mahonys and only allow 2 of the 4 brothers and no cousins play for Ballygunner.

Ballygunnar are the best club team for the last good few years Canuck. My post wasn't running them down, it was pointing out how hard it is to win club AIs even when you are the favourites for a number of years in a row!
