Replying To KillingFields:  "30 quid a year. i dont have season ticket for full membership. there is lot more you can get as well."
That's a good price in fairness, I wouldn't be too bothered about meeting the players but thats probably because iv grown up with and gone to school with former Kerry footballers and also I'd be used to meeting them around the club and town.

Replying To Cockney_Cat:  "Yes, but you need to pay to become a supporter, otherwise you can't queue to meet the players."
You pay 30 quid and that gets a lot of other things as well. access to international tickets, discounts with few different businesses. lot more as well

There is a supporters club of sorts in Longford called 'Club Longford'. The individual membership is €40/year and for that you get a baseball hat, a pen and entry into annual draw for 2 football and hurling all ireland final tickets. The corporate membership is around €1500/year and gets you a pitch-side sign, entry into above draw, designated parking, free entry to all club championship games, half-time Refreshments for all games (not sure where, as anyone who has been to Pearse Park will attest) and press night photo with county players. So it is more a corporate thing than a real supporters club in any practical sense.

True. It was the car sticker that won me over.

Ros has a "fund raising arm" called Club Rossie.
Pre Covid used to cost €100 Bronze membership and €240 gold membership.
Also had a business membership.
No fees 2020 or 21. Got the sticker 2020.
Had a gift pack in December - jacket, scarf, badge and 2022 sticker for €100.

I joined club Carlow in the early days, got a pen, key ring in Carlow colours however no woolly hat or car sticker, so I was in Galway one day I was walking down shop street and I noticed a lady with a stall up a side street selling bits and pieces in your county colours so I bought a woolly hat for a tenner in the Famous Carlow colours.

I couldn't get a Carlow sticker so I got a picture of a Carlow jersey complete with Stone Developments (Sponsor) at the time on the front of the jersey from the internet, so I messed around with it a bit, then I typed in the words "Getting there "- - - - and then printed it off on the coarse side of a sheet of acetate , I attached 4 pieces of 5 mm sq double sided tape on to it and stuck it on the rear window, it's still there and we're still getting there.

Smiley I'm pretty sure of you ring the Kerry gaa store in killarney they could help you out with what you're looking for, they'll take payment over the phone and post it to you.

I'd say it could cost around the €5 Mark including postage.

Or if you happen to be in Killarney some time you could call into them in the killarney outlet centre and they should be able to sort you out (maybe ring them before you call)

There used to be a Louth supporters bus that was run for decades but sadly that is not the case now no more.

thanks for getting back to me.
KillingFields - the majority of the supporters clubs are run by people outside of the county boards,so getting on to county boards isnt any good (i am after a SPORTING LIMERICK badge, any idea where i could find 1 )

KingdomBoy1 - i got the badge in the Kerry gaa store already, thanks.

It's like that time I got a free gift of a package of Corn Flakes in Tesco.

I had to pay €2 to leave the shop but the free gift meant it evened out in my eyes.

Yeah I once paid to attend an Irish rugby match and not only did I get a seat, they gave me a free glossy piece of paper. A lovely touch, the grab all association could learn a thing or two from them! #classy
