Fair play to them, every team deserves a day in the sun.

Firstly, congratulations again to Kilkenny!
The Kilkenny Senior Club champions enter the Leinster Intermediate Football Championship.
County teams for players from the Junior Club Championships at the very least should be permitted for a fair level of competition.

Delighted for them. Any county team that travels to England and Scotland to play play games deserves more than a day in the sun.

With the amount of county standard hurlers Kilkenny have who won't, for one reason or another, play at senior level football could be an option for them.

However I heard their manager Christy Walsh on a podcast saying the biggest issue he had was getting lads to commit to travelling to the UK for games. They'll go once or twice but the novelty will wear off after that.

Was that Kilkenny fella that was on tg4 underdogs a few years involved with the panel at all on Saturday?

Have Kilkenny any plans in place to return to NFL action? 2012 since they quit, its a long overdue return.

Well they competed in the Leinster junior championship for years and made no impression. I don't think trips to the UK are their biggest issue...

How selfish of our footballers to hog the limelight in the week leading up to the AI hurling final.

Looking through the programme a lot of the team play senior club hurling in Kilkenny so I can see why their fitness levels were superior to New Yorks.

How come there seems to be nobody on the Panel from Railyard, that great bastion of Kilkenny Football?

What limelight? You'd hardly know there's an all Ireland on Sunday!
