The PSNI are investigating an incident which allegedly took place during Armagh’s recent team holiday in the US.

Armagh players, management, wives and girlfriends holidayed in Miami last month as a reward for winning the county’s first All-Ireland SFC title in 22 years. The party stayed at the five-star Eden Roc Miami Beach resort for a week.

A statement from the PSNI read: “A report was made to the Police Service of Northern Ireland regarding an incident which is believed to have occurred in the United States in November.

“Enquiries are currently being carried out and no further details are available at present.”
