Long-serving Mayo goalkeeper Rob Hennelly is transferring from his home club Breaffy to Raheny in Dublin.
Hennelly has been based in the capital for over a decade, but continued to play his club football with Breaffy, whom he lost four Mayo SFC finals with. He has now decided to throw in his lot with Raheny where Dublin stars Brian Fenton, Brian Howard and Sean McMahon will be among his team-mates.
Sligo brothers Darragh and Adrian Cummins have also switched clubs, leaving their home club of Calry/St Joseph’s for St Vincent’s. Darragh is the Sligo senior football team vice-captain.
