An excerpt from Rule 6.44 from Part 1 of the Rule Book:
(b) (i) A team exceeding the number of players permitted under Rule 2.1 Rules of Specification,
Playing Rules:
(ii) A team exceeding the number of substitutions permitted under Rules 2.4 (i) and (ii) or breaching Rule 2.4 (iv) (b), Rules of Specification, Playing Rules:
Penalties:
On a proven Objection - Award of Game to the Opposing Team, or Replay, or Fine, depending on the circumstances.
On an Inquiry by the Committee-in-Charge - Forfeiture of Game without Award of Game to the Opposing Team, or Replay, or Fine, depending on the circumstances.
I'd just been looking in Part 2, because I knew that's where it says a team shall consist of 15 players, and also where rules regarding substitutions are set out."]If a replay is given then surely the replay will be in Celtic park Derry. Why should Glen travel twice to Dublin to play on a pitch with out grass?

See in the Div 2 football final is in M Bridge this weekend. Hope the same farce does not happen as in the drawn game. £7 in, one lines man, one umpire, a ref who got the score wrong and a county board official who did not know if there was extra time to be played. Ah well its only Div2!

Now I know its usual to bang this drum but come on ...
Derryg were allowed about 10 seconds of an advantage at one point I mean Cullen had his arm up soo long he most of had cramp and then finally brought it all the way back. Then leckers are on the attack down the stand side with a few mins to go after a Derryg foul and ZERO advantage, maybe his arm was tired from giving derryg every advantage earlier lol. It seemed to me he was giving too much respect to the shouting from derryg management I mean he actually stopped the play, again when leckers were in a good attacking position because of shouts from sideline that leckers had an extra man on when in fact it was a blackcard replacement coming on...returing the leckers to 15 players not 16.... sorry guys but a game of that significance deserves better officiating than that" Its one thing that has blighted this years championship was the standard of the refereeing. The two games on Saturday surely high lighted this. I agree with KeshGFC the ref ruined the game especially in the second half. What Cullen was blacked carded for a mystery to every one. How Ederney finished with fifteen men only the ref knows. The two games in Roslea yesterday were well refereed well done to both refs. The PA system in Roslea was as clear as crystal unlike Enniskillen where its nearly impossible to hear what is said ,take a bow Roslea.

Why can we not get live up dates on games over the weekend? The Derrylin v Newtown game was over before any score was put up, a very few late scores on the Fermanagh tweeter on the Belcoo v Bridge nothing on Leckers v Ros;ea. Poor showing
