Is all of Cavan behing the County Snr team

I just pose the question Is all of Cavan behind our Senior team.
I feel that the answer lays inn our recent results insofar that we are not getting out our best team.
Should it be players opting out for the league or players who feel that the Championship is the only show in Town we are not getting out our full team or should I say it another way we are not getting out a team that represents the best footballers in County Cavan .

Being out of everythin in the first few days of July gives us plenty of time for all those things Goldrick.

While I don't know if your one liners are meant as solutions or comedy by you but if the latter is the case I feel that it is a poor example of comedy.
While one of youse mentioned Donal ( who was unfortunate that Wicklow scored a last minute goal) who resigned and another mentioned David both give a lot to Cavan football.
I feel that indeed Divisional teams are the way to go and I am delighted that I have got support from one of you.
I will say this that it is sad that players opt out of League games and thinks that the Championship is all that matters.
I in my humble manner has put forward suggestions before with a view of improving east/ west Cavan's contribution to the County team
Now that the Cavan Gaels stranglehold on all Gaa matters ie league/championship has somewhat diminished I feel lesser players will be able to express themselves in Cavan competitions.

Sorry to bust your bubble Tomsmith, but the Gaels are far from releasing their stronghold on the Championship, the league is not priority for them, used mainly to bed in fresh blood, but come Championship time, they'll be firing on all cylinders, you see Tom, form is temporary, class is permanent, and with the Gaels, they breath class, something that the majority of the clubs in the County are seriously lacking.

As for your notion of divisional teams, forget about it, there is too much of a divide in this County for divisional teams, and with the current County Board set up, they cant manage to organise the club structure properly, never mind anything else.
