Tipperary dual star Aishling Moloney made her return to playing action this past weekend after recovering from the cruciate injury she suffered last year.

After suffering the dreaded injury in June 2021, the Cahir star has had several setbacks in her return but last weekend saw her featuring for her club in the Tipperary intermediate camogie championship.

Moloney came off the bench in the second-half of Cahir’s one-point defeat to Newport/Ballinahinch last Saturday.

It’s news that will very much be welcomed by the Premier County’s ladies football manager Peter Creedon, with his side having missed Moloney’s attacking talents this past season.
