Membership Rates 2020

Membership for all players for the 2020 season is now due. Membership must be paid to ensure all players are insured to play. It can be paid to Club Registrar Áine Cleary or any committee member. Rates are as follows:

Senior Adult Male €60 Addition for Gold Option €50

Senior Adult Female €60 Addition for Insurance Levy €15 Addition for Gold Option €50

Juvenile Boy €40

Juvenile Girl €40 Addition for Insurance Levy €15

Family (2 Adults & 2 children) €100.00 Addition for Gold Option €50

Family ((2 Adults & 3children) €120.00 Addition for Gold Option €50

Walking Track for GAA club members €15.00

Walking Track for GAA club non-members €30.00

*Gold option includes entry in to Club Lotto for the year.

** Family memberships that include female playing members will be subject to the insurance levy of €15 per player.

Upcoming Fixtures

The seniors play The Downs in the first round of the Division 1 league on Friday 21st of February in Kinnegad at 7.30pm

The juniors play Mullingar Shamrocks in the first round of the Division 5 league on Tuesday 25th of February in Kinnegad at 7.30pm.

Any changes to the above fixtures will be posted on our social media pages in advance.

Gaeltacht Scholarships

CLG Iarmhí in conjunction with Club Iarmhí will sponsor 6 part scholarships to Coláistí Samhraidh and applications are invited from our club members.

Selection will be held in the first week of March 2020 and applicants will be informed of their interview details by email.

Application forms can be requested and signed by club secretary Jim Rock or they are available to download on the Westmeath GAA website. Forms should be returned to Aodhan Breathnach by Friday 21st February 2020.

Refereeing Course

There is a young whistler's refereeing course open to all boys from 14-17 years of age. Dates the course will take place are 24th Feb, 2nd March, 9th March and all will take place in TEG Cusack Park Mullingar. The final session of the course will be held in Croke Park on 4th April. Anyone interested in doing the course should contact Sean Sheridan, Referees Co-Ordinator (0862525447)

Congratulations

Congratulations to Eamonn and Rosie Fleming and big brother Samuel on the arrival of their baby boy Ethan.

Happy Birthday

The club wish to extend birthday wishes to senior footballer James Maxwell who turned 21 during the week.

Lotto

The lotto draw numbers from Monday 10th of February were 4,9,17 and 25. There was no Jackpot winner. Match 3 winners were Toss Quinn, B+T Quinn, B+M Cole, Pat Cooney, Craig Tallon, Susie + Milo, Willie + Rachel, Aidan Galligan, Geraldine Flynn, Sean + Margaret Flynn. Well done to them, they won €20 each.
