New manager

We are pleased to announce the appointment of John Gordon as our new intermediate football team manager. The Shandonagh clubman served as a Westmeath minor selector in 2009 before going on to manage Multyfarnham and lay the foundations for their rise to prominence.

After taking a few years out from management due to family and work commitments, we are delighted to have secured his services and look forward to him building on the great work Keith Higgins and his selectors carried out over the past two years. John's backroom team will be finalised in due course.

Scór na nÓg semi-final

We will have three acts competing in the first county Scór na nÓg semi-final which takes place in Delvin Hall next Sunday, November 17 at 2pm. Best of luck to the Ballad Group and Novelty Act groups and Lisa Coffey in the Recitation.

Ladies football

Congratulations to Jill Draper, Leah Farrell, Aoibhinn Jackson and Ayesha Roche on their call-ups to the Westmeath senior ladies football training panel. Another boost for our ladies team after last month's Division 3 league success.

Lotto

Last week's lucky numbers were 1, 7, 20 and 27. Damian McLoughlin was the only Match 3 winner. This week's draw takes place in Larrigy’s with the jackpot standing at €12,150. Tickets, costing €2, can be purchased locally. Thank you for your continued support.
