Underage Championships

Well done to our U16 and Minor boys who both recorded impressive championship wins last week. The U16 lads hosted Garrycastle while the minor lads hosted Tyrrellspass. Both teams clocked up high scores and its hoped they can build on these performances for their next outings.

Wallace Waste Solutions

Many thanks to Wallace Waste Solutions for their kind sponsorship of our U12 Girls ahead of their championship campaign. Michael Wallace and Sarah Mc Cormick were in Lakepoint Park on Wednesday evening last to present a fantastic set of jerseys. Best of luck to the girls in their upcoming championship!

Championship Games

The Senior and Junior Mens championships get underway this week! The Juniors have two games in a week where they travel to Killucan this Tuesday 17th with a 7.30pm throw in. They then travel to the Downs on Tuesday 24th with that game also a 7.30pm start. The Seniors begin their championship defence V The Downs on Sunday 22nd in Cusack Park at 7.30pm. Best of luck to players and management in their campaigns!

General Meeting

A General Meeting for all club members takes place on Wednesday July 25th in the clubhouse at 8.30pm. All members are asked to attend!

Lotto

There was no jackpot winner from the lotto draw on July 12th. The numbers drawn were 1,13,15,19. Winners of €50 each were Megan Quinn, Olive Mangan, Gerry Mc Govern and Marian Mc Manus. Next weeks jackpot will be €4,300.

Wedding Bells!

Congratulations to Kieran Lynam and Niamh Gaughan who got married recently. We wish them both many years of happiness together!
