Our members draw is on this coming Saturday 14th. With a €10,000 prize fund please make sure to have your ticket in the drum. You can buy online or from any committee member. This will finalise the funding of the flood lights and walkway lights around our back pitch. Thank you for your support.

Underage Football
Underage football continues this Friday evening at the usual slot 6:30-7:30. The club shop will also be open for the duration of training.
U10
The Downs U10's would like to thank Clonard for travelling to The Downs last week for an enjoyable evening of football with some excellent skills on display from both sides.
Division 5
Well done to the Division 5 team that secured a two point win against Ballinacargy last Tuesday in the last league game of the year to finish in third place. The Downs fielded a very young but talented team to with a number of players getting some vital game time ahead of upcoming Junior Championship fixture. Well done to all involved in what was a successful league campaign.
Minor boys:
Well done to the U18's who had to work very hard tonight to secure a 1-16 to 3-5 win in Rosemount v Cill Oige (Rosemount / Castledaly) in the first round of the championship. Next up is a home fixture v Coralstown Kinnegad on Monday 16th June @ 7pm.
U16 boys:
The lads are away to Moate All Whites this Wednesday 11th July in the second round of the championship at 7pm.

Clothes Collection
With the school year coming to an end all unwanted clothing can be dropped to the clothes collection bin with The Downs Ladies sign at the side of the gym.
