GAA on TV this weekend: two live games or three if you live up north

This weekend sees Ulster Gaels living in the six counties get one over their counterparts in the Republic.

BBC Northern Ireland has live coverage of the Fermanagh v Armagh Ulster SFC clash on Saturday evening which is accessible online via BBC iPlayer. This service is available only in Northern Ireland or to those with a Northern IP address.

On Sunday the new look round robin Munster SHC gets underway and it is the centre of focus on RTE, with Limerick v Tipperary throwing in at 2pm and is followed by Cork v Clare at 4pm.

BBC2 NI has full deferred coverage of the Monaghan v Tyrone Ulster SFC quarter-final tie at 7pm.

The Sunday Game is on RTE2 at 9.30pm with highlights from all the senior matches.

Monday has TG4's highlights show, GAA 2018, at 8pm.

Des Cahill is joined by Eddie Brennan, Joe Brolly, Liam Sheedy and Pat Spillane for a look back at the weekend's Championship action including Tyrone v Monaghan in football, and Kilkenny v Offaly, Wexford v Dublin, Cork v Clare and Limerick v Tipperary in hurling.
