Clonoe O'Rahillys club notes

November 11, 2019

Last weeks lotto numbers were 6, 9, 15 and 18.  There were no jackpot winners. Three people matched three numbers: Donal Campbell, Tiernan Devlin and D Fitzgerald c/o O'Neills. Next week’s jackpot is £4275.

Scór na nÓg:

Comhghairdeas leis an fhoireann tráth na gceist atá fríd chuig babhta ceannais Scór na nÓg. Ádh mór oraibh! Mí-ádh ar na daoine a bhí páirteach sa ghrúpa uirlise agus san amhránaíocht aonair. Maith sibh uilig!

Congratulations to our quiz group who are through to the County Scór na nÓg final. Wishing them the best of luck! Hard luck to those who took part in the instrumental group and solo singing, unfortunately we fell short on the night against stiff competition but nevertheless done the club proud. Great performances from all and Well done to everyone representing Clonoe O'Rahilly's! The final will take place on Sunday 24th November at 3pm in Galbally.

The u13 Boys welcomed Rock to O'Rahilly Park and despite putting in a great performance just fell short at the final whistle.

Next Sunday, Clonoe will host the Molly O'Neill tournament at 11am.

The club would like to thank all organisers and helpers who helped in any way to make our Annual Ceili a massive success.

The AGM will be held in the Community Centre on 24th November at 3pm. There will also be a Junior comhaltas seisiun in the club on the same day. The next quiz night is Friday 6th December.

In the build up to Christmas, there are a few events planned. On Friday 29th November Santa will be in the Community Centre as we switch on the Christmas Tree Lights. This is an event not to be missed! On Sunday 1st December, there will be a Big Bingo at 6pm. There are £4000 in prizes to be won. Entry is £20 per book. There is also a festive party night in Clonoe Community Centre on Saturday 14th December. Partygoers will enjoy a sumptuous 4 course meal followed by an evening of music and dance in the Dernagh Suite with full facilities. There are limited tables available so anyone looking to book should contact Kelly Anne on 07592330113 or 02887749858 or message Clonoe Community Facebook page for more details.
