Urney St. Columba's - Club Notes

November 05, 2019

ADULT (Daoine Fásta):

Urney and Aghyaran played their last game of the 2019 season on Saturday afternoon. While the game would ultimately have no real bearing on final place both teams put on a great display of attacking football with Urney eventually running out 2 point winners. Final score in Clady, Urney 3:13 - Aghyaran 2:14.

That draws to a close adult football for 2019 and while ultimately it was not a great year on the pitch we would like to thank all the players and management team for their hard work and effort all year. We would also like to thank everyone who helped out on match days and finally our loyal group of supporters who stuck with us throughout 2019.

Our AGM will be in a few weeks and we look forward to putting plans in place for next year but for now thanks to everyone for all your help this year.
