Urney St. Columba's - Club Notes

September 03, 2019

ADULT (Daoine Fásta):

Urney played Cookstown in the first round of the intermediate championship on Saturday evening in Pomeroy. Urney started the brighter and took an early lead, a lead that they would never relinquish. Despite a tense 2nd half Urney ran out winners on final score of Urney 0-10 Cookstown 0-07. Well done to the players and management.

Next up is a quarter final against neighbours Owen Roe's, time and venue tbc.

Thanks as well to Damien and Brian from Gallagher Homes who sponsored the match ball.
