Our U14 girls were defeated on Thursday (4th) by Galbally in their opening league game.  This Thursday (11th) the girls play host to Moy in their next league game at 6.45pm. Girls are all asked to be in the top changing rooms in the hall at 6pm.  Following that they play Clonoe in the league on Tuesday 16th at 7pm in Clonoe.

The U14 boys recorded a fine victory at home to Errigal Ciaran last Friday (5th) evening on a final scoreline of 2-10 to 1-10. The win was largely secured thanks to heroic efforts from defenders Michael Carty and Eoin McGlinchey. Some classy Conor McCool points and 2 goals in quick succession from Nathan Kelly and Daniel Rafferty helped the lads to a 2-04 to 0-06 lead at the break. The 2nd half was a titanic battle, the highlight being an excellent penalty save by goalkeeper Darragh Nugent. Strong defending from Adam McGonnell and Ronan Bell as well as selfless midfield play from Luke Donnelly and Dillon O'Neill helped see the boys over the line. The victory see's the lads record their 3rd win from 4 games in the league to date. Next on the agenda will be the group stages of the feile competition this Saturday 13th April being hosted by Eglish where we will also have Coalisland and Moy in our section, 2 teams will qualify for the semi finals. Training continues as normal on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 7.00-8.15pm.
