Former Limerick hurler Tom Ryan has completed his transfer to Dublin, according to a report from the Limerick Leader.

The 25-year-old will play his club hurling with All-Ireland champions Cuala and has already linked up with Pat Gilroy's Dublin side having come on as a second-half substitute in a challenge match against Tipperary last Saturday.

Croke Park confirmed Ryan's transfer from his native South Liberties club on January 5th.

Tom is a son of Brian Ryan, who recently managed the Treaty County's minors to a pair of Munster MHC titles before leading them to an All-Ireland final appearance against Kilkenny in 2014.
