There is good news and bad news for Kildare ahead of their All-Ireland SFC qualifier against Longford this weekend.

Both Kevin Feely and Paddy Brophy were added to the injury list after the win over Derry in the last round of the qualifiers.

Brophy broke a finger during the warm up before the game, while Feely had to leave the field in the second half with a hamstring injury.

However, both are expected to be available for Saturday's clash at Glennon Brothers Pearse Park, which will be a big boost for manager Cian O'Neill.

The news is not so good though for the likes of Cian O'Donoghue (abdominal muscle tear), Paschal Connell (groin) and Mark Sherry (fractured rib), all of who are definitely out of this weekend's game.
