‘It’s an exciting time to be involved in Ladies Football. I love just coming to training’ - meet Liverpool-born Tipperary teenage star Anna Rose Kennedy, who played at midfield in Sunday’s TG4 All Ireland IFC win over Meath.

Anna Rose and her younger sister Caitlin, who also plays for Tipperary and scored a stunning goal to beat Cork in the Lidl NFL, moved to Ireland just over a decade ago. 

Tipperary beat Meath by 6-10 to 1-14 and will play Longford this Sunday.
