Diarmuid Murtagh will return to full training with Roscommon this week after recovering from a serious eye injury sustained last summer.
The youngest of the Murtagh brothers suffered a detached retina in late July, but is now ready to return.
New Roscommon manager Anthony Cunningham also revealed after yesterday's excellent Allianz League win over Monaghan that defender Sean Mullooly is on the comeback trail as well after missing last season.
Ciaráin Murtagh, Niall McInerney, John McManus and Cathal Compton have opted off the panel this season.
TweetAnthony Cunningham confirms that Diarmuid Murtagh will resume full training this week and that Sean Mullooly will return in "another few weeks". Brian Stack also making good progress, doing "a bit more" every week #AllianzLeagues #gaa #rosgaa
